BSN: BC-AD

The Lord Jesus Christ is the “C” in BC and the “D” in AD.
All human history is dated according to Jesus’ life – all time being divided into B.C. (Before Christ) and A.D. (Anno Domini, which is Latin for “in the year of our Lord”). This system of dating was first proposed in the 6th century and was widely used by the 9th. In other words, it took a while for people to realize just how much impact this man had had on the human race. This way of dating history is still practiced all around the world.
Just because BC-AD dating is used around the world not mean does not mean it cannot be changed. Indeed, there are already attempts to do so. That’s what BCE-CE is all about; it is intended to replace BC-AD. B.C.E. stands for “Before Common Era” and C.E. stands for “Common Era.” Academics have been the leaders in pushing and practicing this change. Their purpose is to be “more inclusive” and be true to secularism which is purported to support religious pluralism. Such a purpose is antichrist because it intends to erase the Lord Jesus Christ from our interactions.
