#Heir – “References to Jesus being God’s Heir” – which is a reference to His taking God’s place. This was promised explicitly in Isaiah 9:6. The many references to Jesus being God’s heir are reinforcements of that point.
- Heb 1:1-2 – “…His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things…”
- Jn 13:3 – ” Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands”
