BSN: LORD AND TEACHER

In Jn 13:13-14, Jesus confirmed that His disciples were correct to call Him “teacher” and “lord.” That combination of “education” and “authority” can be seen in the way Jesus’ teaching was described in Mt 7:28-29; 11:29-30; 28:18-20; Mk 1:22, 27; Lk 4:32. It can also be seen in 1 Tim 2:12.
