“The Holy One” is one of the Names and Roles of Christ

As for the identity of the Holy One, consider what the New Testament says.
Mark 1:23 Just then there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,
Mark 1:24 saying, “What business do we have with each other, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are–the Holy One of God!”

John 6:66 As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew and were not walking with Him anymore.
John 6:67 So Jesus said to the twelve, “You do not want to go away also, do you?”
John 6:68 Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life.
John 6:69 “We have believed and have come to know that You are the Holy One of God.”

1 Pet 1:14 As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance,
1 Pet 1:15 but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior;
1 Pet 1:16 because it is written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”
In addition to all this, recall the way Hebrew Poetry works – that is, “the Holy One” in the second line is an echo and emphasis of “the Lord” in the first line. If “the Lord” is Jesus, so also is “the Holy One.”
When Peter (Acts 2:27) and then Paul (Acs 13:35) quoted Ps 16:10, they both made clear that David was writing of the Messiah when he spoke to God about “Your” holy one – not himself.
Acts 2:27 BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT ABANDON MY SOUL TO HADES,
NOR ALLOW YOUR HOLY ONE TO UNDERGO DECAY.

Acts 13:35 “Therefore He also says in another Psalm, ‘YOU WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR HOLY ONE TO UNDERGO DECAY.’
Indeed, there never has been more than one that was holy in the way Jesus was. He was – and is – “the Holy of Holies.” (See Biblical Figures of Speech)
