BSN: Things Jesus Did Not Know

During his time on earth, there were things Jesus could not or did not know.

• The day or hour of His Second Coming – Mt 24:36; Mk 13:32
• Whether or not the fig tree had fruit – Mk 11:13
• Things that come with normal human maturation – Lk 2:52
• Things learned only through human suffering – Heb 5:8
• Mundane facts
  • “Who touched me?” – Mark 5:30–32
  • “How many loaves do you have?” – Mark 6:38
  • “Where have you laid him?” – John 11:34

That said, there were things like these that He did know supernaturally through the Holy Spirit. These include incidents when He knew what others were thinking, such as Luke 6:6-11; 7:36-50.
