Notes on the New Testament Before Faith (organized collection of notes)
This bibliography began life as a part of my book The New Testament from a Distance. For the purpose of including it in Notes on the History of New Testament Authors, Texts, Formation, and Preservation, I have supplemented it (entries marked by a preceding asterisk) and annotated it (entries with three contiguous dashes followed by the annotation).
