Luke indicates his presence in certain parts of the book of Acts with the pronoun “we,” all associated with Paul’s travels and beginning during Paul’s “second missionary journey.”

  • They are found in five chapters 16, 20, 21, 27, 28
    • By one source: 16:10-17, 20:5-21:18; 27:1-28:16.
    • By another: 16:10–17; 20:5–15; 21:1–8; 27:1–28:16
    • By yet another: 16:10-18; 20:4-21:19; 27:1-28:30
    • I presume…
      • the differences are due to different English translations being consulted.
      • any count of the “we” passages include “us” and “our” passages, but I have not personally verified that.
